From concept to a working application
I build web applications and MVPs across the whole stack — frontend, backend, infrastructure and deployment from one hand. I co-founded motion.page, an animation tool for WordPress, and I am lead platform engineer of a multi-supplier ticketing platform: a custom React SSR engine on Cloudflare Workers for 45 languages, an edge router with over 23,000 compiled redirects, a B2B partner dashboard and a multi-tenant white-label system.
Prototype or market-ready product
The term “MVP” is used very differently by different people, so I draw a clear distinction:
- Prototype — one core flow, a few views, a lean backend. Intended for validation, not hardened for continuous operation.
- Market-ready product — sign-up and roles, payment, administration, automated e-mails, monitoring. For real users in production.
- Built-out product — multi-tenancy, SSO, integrations, reporting, scaling.
Payment processing is the dividing line between the first two stages, multi-tenancy between the last two. The quote states which stage is meant — that prevents the most common miscalculation in this area.
What you get
The source code sits in your repository, is documented and ready for handover. No proprietary dependencies, no vendor lock-in. You can continue in-house at any time.
If I am unavailable
You work directly with the person who builds it — and the legitimate question that follows is what happens if that person drops out. The answer is deliberately unspectacular: there is nothing that exists only on my machine. Repository, documentation, access and infrastructure run on your accounts from the start, and the technologies used are widespread and not tied to me. On larger undertakings a fixed senior developer from my network is additionally named and briefed on the project, so he can take over at short notice.

What is an MVP and why start with one?
An MVP is the first working version carrying the core of the value — without additional features. You test the idea with real users before investing in full development.
Where is the line between a prototype and a market-ready product?
At payment processing. A prototype demonstrates one core flow and serves validation. A market-ready product has roles, payment, administration and monitoring — and costs accordingly more.
Which technologies do you use?
TypeScript and React on the frontend, Node.js with Hono or Go on the backend, PostgreSQL for data, Cloudflare Workers for infrastructure. The choice follows the project — my aim is an application another team can take over.
Can you take over an existing application?
Yes. I carry out a technical audit, defuse the most critical points and agree the further build-out with you. Starting over is rarely necessary.
What happens if you are unavailable?
The source code sits in your repository from day one, documented and without proprietary dependencies — you are at no point dependent on me as a person. On larger undertakings a named senior developer from my network is additionally briefed and can take over.
