No data protection officer has been appointed; the scale of the processing does not require one under Art. 37 GDPR.

What data we process

We process only the details you send us via the contact form, together with a small amount of technical data that is unavoidably generated when you submit it:

• Name and e-mail address — so that we can reply.
• Company and approximate budget — optional, to help us classify the enquiry.
• Message — the content you write.
• IP address and browser details — to protect the form against abuse and spam.

We do not process special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR; please do not send such data through the form either.

Purpose and legal basis

We process the form data in order to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to agree on working together. The legal bases are steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for the technical details, our legitimate interest in securing the form (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use the data for advertising purposes and do not pass it on for those purposes.

Retention period

Enquiries that do not lead to us working together are deleted within 12 months of the last contact. If we do work together, the retention period follows the contractual relationship and the statutory retention obligations.

Recipients and processors

We do not sell your data. Access is limited to the processors that keep the website running and deliver the e-mail:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — operation of the website and the enquiry database (data centre in the EU).
• Amazon Web Services (SES) — delivery of the enquiry e-mail (eu-central-1 region, Frankfurt).

Both process the data within the EU. Should a transfer to a third country take place in an individual case, it will be based on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising services. Nothing is stored on or read from your device that would require consent under §25 TDDDG, and your behaviour is not tracked — which is why there is no cookie banner here. Fonts are served locally as well, and are not loaded from third parties.

Your rights

In relation to your data you have the following rights:

• access to the data processed and a copy of it (Art. 15 GDPR),
• rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
• erasure, once there is no longer any reason to retain it (Art. 17 GDPR),
• restriction of processing, or objection to it (Art. 18 and 21 GDPR),
• data portability in a machine-readable format (Art. 20 GDPR).

An e-mail to hello@developerz.eu is enough. We reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe that we are not processing your data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR) — in Germany with the state authority responsible for you, and in our case with the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (the Czech Data Protection Authority), Pplk.
